Description

Denshin Yuki ist ein Junmai Ginjo, gemischt aus Gohyakumangoku und Yamada Nishiki, beide auf 55 % poliert, der eine schneeschmelzähnliche Reinheit mit transparenten, vielschichtigen Aromen ausdrücken soll. Eine sanfte, kirschblütenähnliche Süße öffnet sich zu einem behutsam verblassenden Abgang, der an leichten Schnee erinnert. Die Zwei-Sorten-Cuvée greift auf Oku-Echizens Tradition zurück, diese klassischen Sake-Reissorten zu kombinieren.

Tasted chilled and paired with fresh sushi! The aroma is incredible! As the waiter was pouring it, the room was filled with amazing fruity notes (I get some red berries). On the tongue, is silky and velvety.
