Josen-grade Yukun junmai from a Kurume, Fukuoka brewery that has been producing sake since 1850, using spring water sourced from the Mino mountain range. The junmai designation means no added alcohol, with flavor and body derived entirely from rice and koji. The brewery's multi-time national competition gold medal record attests to consistent technical quality.
