岐阜县
1991年，大田酒造将酿造厂从高山市中心迁至自然环境丰富的清见村（现高山市清见区）。酿造用水取自飞弹山脉蕴藏的优质地下水，酒米则使用包括飞弹产"飞弹誉"在内的适合酿酒的品种。工厂内设有多个可达三层楼高的大容量储酒罐，配备温度传感器等最新设备，实行24小时全天候管理。
