Watarusekennonikoroshi takes its name from the Japanese phrase meaning the world one must navigate, paired with the onikoroshi dry-sake tradition. Produced at Kingu Jozo's Hanyu factory in Saitama, it is brewed in the extremely dry style characteristic of onikoroshi sake. The result is a sharp, clean, dry sake with a no-nonsense finish.
