Brewed as a honjozo and released as a hiyaoroshi autumn seasonal from Shiogama, Miyagi, this sake receives a single spring pasteurization before maturing through summer. The hiyaoroshi format delivers a rounder, more settled character shaped by warm-season aging before autumn release.
