这款酒选用最高级酒米「山田锦」,精米步合研磨至40%,经长期低温发酵精心酿造而成。酿造在严冬时节进行,采用「袋吊」工艺——将酒袋悬挂,让酒液自然滴落,逐滴收集于大瓶之中。其特点是细腻复杂,口中散开的鲜味与令人联想到果实的醇厚香气令人印象深刻。
