A tokubetsu junmai from Suwa Shuzo in Chizu, Tottori, produced entirely without added alcohol as part of the brewery's all-junmai commitment since its founding in 1859. The brewery draws water from the cedar-forested mountains of Chizu Town, and its sake is designed as a steady companion to the dining table.
