Description

It is a pure rice Daiginjo made by 50 % polished "Yamada Nishiki" from Hyogo Prefecture and slowly fermented at low temperatures. It was made with the concept of "Ginjo Sake for Meals". Ginjo aroma is a modest and gentle flavor. Please cool and enjoy.
