Senkoma Kuramoto Chokuso Honjozo Namagenshu is a direct-from-brewer, unpasteurized, undiluted honjozo using Ginpuu rice from Senkoma in Fukushima. Bottled without any post-fermentation processing, it delivers the full, raw intensity of freshly pressed Ginpuu honjozo.
