It is "no filtration": No filter is used. Normally, sake is filtered with activated carbon, but there is no filtration so that you can enjoy the taste of rice and water. 3. "Raw": No fire sterilization is performed. Many sake performs two or more "burning sterilization" in the manufacturing process, but the taste changes in the process.
