日本酒应援团 × 佐马酒造。彻底坚持全量酿造的"纯米·非限定法定酒"。生酒特有的新鲜感,以及鲜味与香气的绝妙平衡,即便是初学者,只要尝上一口必定会深深着迷。1.「纯米」:未使用酿造酒精。原材料为米、米曲、水。由于未以酿造酒精调整度数和口味,原料本身的优质特性得以充分发挥,成就了没有酒精刺激气味、易于入口的风味。2.「无过滤」:未使用滤网。通常日本酒会用活性炭过滤,但为了让您充分享受米和水的原味,本品不进行过滤。3.「生」:未进行加热杀菌。许多日本酒在制造过程中会进行两次以上的加热杀菌,但这会改变酒的风味。"生"的状态下不进行加热,因此可以品尝到最新鲜的日本酒。4. 因为是"原酒",不用水调整口味。日本酒在加工最后通常会加水来调整口味和酒精度,而本品不加水,直接以"原酒"状态装瓶,因此最大限度地引出了米的原始风味,让您享受"醇厚"的回味与余韵。
