这是本蔵的最高峰之作,使用酿酒适合米山田锦酿造的纯米大吟酿。历经三天三夜缓慢熟成至35%,为自家酿造。米投入后,再经过两周的充分熟成。醪采用低温发酵,米仅使用小粒米酿造的纯米大吟酿吟酿。
