【发售时期】约3月。"龟之尾"在明治至大正年间广受喜爱,但因栽培困难一度从市场消失。1983年复刻后,至今仍极为流行。这是一种无论作为佐餐酒都能保持出色酒质的神奇米种,也能酿出透明感极佳的酒质。近年来龟之尾的爱好者众多,在龟标签系列中也是颇受欢迎的米种。稍微加热后饮用,龟之尾本来的酸味与旨味会更加突出,同样适合作为佐餐酒享用。
