Description
Kiseki no Ipponmatsu is a ginjo brewed from Iwate-grown rice polished to 50%, using the prefecture's original yeast cultivar Yuko no Omoi. Fruit-forward and lightly dry, it was created in tribute to the survivor pine tree that became a symbol of recovery from the 2011 Tohoku disaster.
