A rare vintage junmai ginjo koshu from the 1994 brewing year, brewed from Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 50% at Suwa Shuzo. Gohyakumangoku is a rice variety known for producing crisp, clean sake; after decades of cellaring, the result has developed the deep, concentrated character typical of long-aged koshu.
