Junmai Daiginjo Namagenshu Abe Kameji is an unpasteurized, undiluted (genshu) Junmai Daiginjo from Koikawa Shuzo in Yamagata, named after Abe Kameji, a pioneering figure credited with cultivating the ancient Kame-no-o rice variety in the late 19th century. Namagenshu status means it is released at full fermentation strength without heating or water addition, delivering an intense, concentrated expression of premium Yamagata Daiginjo brewing. The connection to Kame-no-o rice and Yamagata's cool climate produces complex, layered aromas and a bold palate.
