Description

「纯米大吟酿獺祭美醉」以磨き二割三分全新诞生。低酒精度酒一直是旭酒造二十年来的课题,历经多次挑战屡屡受挫。通过加水调整无法获得满意的味道与香气。在发酵初期进行比「磨き其先へ」更为精密的温度管理与汲水管理,实现了最终酒精度不足12度的酒品。压榨后完全不加水,直接装瓶。由此,诞生了一款酒精度仅11度,却香气馥郁、具备纯米大吟酿品格的佳酿。
