A rare vintage daiginjo from Shimazaki Shuzo's Uroko cave-aging series, brewed with Yamada Nishiki polished to 40% and held since 1987 in the brewery's natural underground cellar in Tochigi. Nearly four decades of cave storage at 10°C have produced the mellow, honey-and-dried-fruit complexity that defines long-aged Uroko bottlings.
