A daiginjo using Toyama-grown Yamada Nishiki polished to 50%, with a polishing ratio that retains only the rice's core starch. The sake carries an elegant, restrained ginjo aroma alongside a smooth, full mouthfeel and a clean finish, evoking the graceful character of the Owara Kaze no Bon festival.
