Description
Daiginjo Ninenchozoshu is a two-year aged daiginjo by Reijin Shuzo in Nagano, built from Yamada Nishiki polished to 39%. Nagano's alpine cold-storage environment allows deliberate maturation, rounding the edges of the high-polish daiginjo base over two years.
