Description
Amaigawa Honjozo Genshu is an undiluted honjozo from Furukawa Shuzo in Kusatsu, Shiga, named for the Milky Way (Amagawa). Located along the old Tokaido highway, this genshu-focused brewery produces a concentrated, full-throttle honjozo with the structured depth characteristic of Shiga's local rice traditions.
