作为千叶日本酒活性化项目「actiba」参与酒藏所酿的特别纯米酒。通过高温进行山废仕込的独特工艺,产生出乳酸菌带来的丰厚旨味与深邃酸味。创立于庆应3年(1867年)的东滩醸造以纯手工精心酿造完成。
