Description

利用自然之力熟成三年的日本酒。活用降雪丰沛的鱼沼地区自古流传的低温食粮储藏库"雪室"进行酿造,在收纳了大量积雪的酒仓中熟成。三度左右的低温由积雪稳定维持,在此环境中历经三年岁月,酒质愈发圆润醇厚。
