Description

The inaugural Gunma Toumou Terroir vintage, brewed from single-harvest Gohyakumangoku grown in Meiwa, Ora district, Gunma, milled to 55%. Fermented at Shimizuya Shuzo in 600kg batches with extended low-temperature fermentation, it expresses the terroir of the eastern Gunma flatlands through high acidity and fresh, evolving fruit.
