历史
1899
Taisaku Sasaguchi founded the Sasaguchi Brewing Works, the origin of Sasaiwai Shuzo.
1960
Sasaiwai Shuzo Co., Ltd. was formally established, with Tomosaku Sasaguchi becoming president as the 2nd-generation brewery head.
1970
Naka Sasaguchi became the 4th-generation head of the brewery.
2004
Takaaki Sasaguchi became president as the 5th-generation brewery head.
2018
Ryosuke Sasaguchi became president as the 6th-generation brewery head.
2019
Starting with this brewing year, all rice used shifted to rice grown entirely within Niigata City.
2025
Noriyuki Hagino became the company's president.
