酒藏创立于明治十八年，位于九州大分县南部的美食之城佐伯市。平成元年由新一代传承经营，酒藏从佐伯市船后町迁至上浦，距离海岸约400米，采用附近明海赤岩瀑布的地下水酿造。秉持「香气馥郁、风味绝佳的佐餐酒」理念，不过滤、不加酒精，用满腔热忱与深情酿制每一瓶酒。

沿革
- 1885Founded in 1885 (Meiji 18) in Saiki, Oita. The brewery's sake was long favored as the official sake of the Mori clan who governed the Saeki domain.
- 2019In 2019 (Reiwa 1), Kei Ikeda took over the business as the sixth-generation brewery owner and relocated the brewery from Sendocho, Saiki to Kamiura.
- 2020From 2020 (Reiwa 2), sake production began at the new brewery (Kamiura brewing facility).
