Founded sake brewing business as Nakazawa Zenkichi Shuzo in Kiso-Fukushima, Shinshu (Keio 1, October).
1885
Ceased sake brewing and operated as a retail-only store (Meiji 18, September).
1924
Resumed sake brewing business (Taisho 13, October).
1925
Named the brand's sake "Nakanorisan" (Taisho 14).
1958
Began switching from wooden barrels to enamel (horo) tanks (Showa 33).
1973
Switched from a wooden fune press to a Yabuta automatic mash press (Showa 48, December).
1987
Renovated and expanded the Kawabata warehouse (Showa 62, October).
2002
Won a gold award at the National New Sake Awards for the first time (Heisei 14, May).
