沿革
- 1909The Maeda family, previously running a kimono fabric shop, converted the business into a sake brewery in Meiji 42.
- 1971Launched "Seishu Koimari" sake in Showa 46.
- 2008In April 2008, launched "Koimari Saki," a limited-distribution sake sold exclusively through specialty sake retailers nationwide.
- 2009In April 2009, the brewery's direct-sale shop "Saki" reopened after renovation.
- 2013"Koimari Saki Junmai Ginjo" won the Grand Prix at the U.S. National Sake Appraisal.
