獅子の里由松浦酒造在石川县山中温泉地区酿造，汲取薬师岳山脚下的软水。系列全部采用纯米风格，使用传统起泡酵母与最低限度吸水量酿造，酒造的使命是"成为餐桌上的最佳伴侣"，以清淡的香气与鲜活的酸度开胃助兴，而非压盖食物的味道。
