Nambutojihizo is produced by Adachi Honke Shuzo Co., Ltd., a brewery located in Asahi-cho, Mie Prefecture. The brewery's core label, Fujinohikari, is crafted with sake rice varieties carrying auspicious names, including Yumenishiki and Fukunohana, reflecting a founding aspiration to pursue the perfect intoxication described as the feeling of the first dream of the New Year. Adachi Honke's sake is brewed with water from the local groundwater system and shaped by the Nambu Toji tradition that the brewery preserves.
