Aioi Yunibio Co., Ltd. was founded in 1872 in Hekinan, Aichi Prefecture, and takes its name from the Japanese concept of a couple living together in health and longevity, with Unibio combining the Latin roots for union and life. The brewery crafts sake using carefully selected rice from the Mikawa region through traditional handmade methods under strict quality standards. Their Daiginjo Aioi no Matsu label has won the Sake Quality Prize at the National New Sake Awards on multiple occasions.
