The water used for sake brewing is an underground water that springs out of Mt. Gokurakuji. Mori also praised the area where residential areas are dense, but blessed with soft and clean water. In the case of ordinary sake, it uses a new thousand chins, and the specific name sake uses Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and good rice in the prefecture.
