Description
Kuradashigenshu (cellar-direct original sake) is drawn straight from the tank at full alcohol strength and bottled at 19 degrees without dilution, producing a bold, aromatic honjozo suited to on-the-rocks or hire-zake service. Brewed with soft Gokurakuji Mountain spring water at 70% polish, this Hiroshima expression balances a dry, mellow character with concentrated rice flavor.
