Description
Senbon Nishiki, Hiroshima Prefecture's prized sake rice bred as a successor to Yamada Nishiki in national competition use, is the sole ingredient of this junmai daiginjo from a 200-year-old Hiroshima brewery. Brewed with soft spring water from Gokurakuji Mountain, it delivers the delicate, apple-scented aromatics and light body characteristic of the Hiroshima soft-water brewing style.
