The Miyasaka Sake Brewery is the only brewery in Matsushiro, who started the brewing industry at the current location in the Meiji era and continued without a bridge during the Showa Great War.
From 2010, the company name was changed to "Matsushiro Miyasaka Sake Brewery Co., Ltd.", and the trade name has been changed, and the teaching "telling the old days to the present" with a unique texture is protected, and the sake quality full of personality suitable for Matsushiro, a castle town that uses rice suitable for sake. We sell original products that outsource brewing to the brewing of the brewing, and inherit sake with dignified beauty.
