From the brewery
For a long time, I have been making sacred sake as a brewing area of Itsukushima Shrine in Miyajima, one of the three scenic spots in Japan.
"Sake hate to leave the land" (Kenichi Yoshida) is considered to be the original way of sake, and in the culture of Hiroshima.
We aim to make rooted sake brewing.

1885
In August 1885 (Meiji 18), the brewery named its sake brand 'Miyuki' (meaning 'imperial visit') to commemorate a visit by Emperor Meiji.
