Description
Hyoonchozo Namazake Daiginjo Takeshizuku is an unfiltered, unpasteurized Daiginjo from Kobayashi Shuzohonten in Fukuoka, stored at sub-zero temperatures to preserve its freshness. The name Takeshizuku (bamboo drops) evokes pure, slow-filtered water, and the ice-temperature aging maintains a vibrant, delicate ginjo bouquet. This combination of sub-zero storage and unpasteurized character results in a lively, aromatic sake.
