Mino Tengu / Mikoshi Brewery Hayashi Sake Brewery is located in the mountains of Hazaki, east of Kani City, Gifu Prefecture. 348 years ago (1612), the first Ihei Hayashi owned a vast forest and fields in Hiramaki Village in Mino Kuni (now Kani City, Gifu Prefecture). In addition, Ihei Yabayashi opened the brewing industry in 1874 in 1874. For a long time, it has been popular in the area for a long time under the name of the sake "Fujiko".
