Among them, Hagiwara Sake Brewery wants to protect the traditional sake brewery and deliver good quality and delicious sake. The times have changed, and the way of drinking alcohol is changing, but I want to be a hot sake brewery that I will remember to challenge so that customers can say that they are new while protecting the tradition. We aim to improve quality of sake (especially raw sake)
