From the brewery
The first Shoji Kobayashi was founded in 1907, with the desire to make people happy with sake, making a good -looking drink, "making a good drink for the drinker." The only sake brewery in Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture. A mellow sake produced by super soft water.
