Nihonsakari
Founded in 1889 in Nishimiya, Hyogo Prefecture, within the Nada Gogo brewing corridor, Nihonsakari gained imperial recognition when it became the designated supplier of Inabana sake to the Imperial Household Agency in 1913. Today the brewery blends the Tamba toji tradition with modern analytical methods under the motto more delicious, more beautiful, and has extended its expertise from sake into cosmetics and health food products based on rice bran fermentation. The range covers the full spectrum from everyday table sake to daiginjo, alongside low-sugar and purine-free functional formats developed for contemporary consumers.

I had this Sake very hot at Odawara Fishmarket BBQ place. Great with grilled seafoods and fresh sashimi. Nihonsakari Josen has mini bottle type which is perfect for hot sake.
