Katsuramasamune

Shusenkurano Co., Ltd., based in Chino, Nagano, is among the oldest active sake breweries in Japan, established in 1540, and its Katsura Masamune brand carries that history as a traditional, dry expression that has been refined across generations. Historical accounts place the brewery during the era of the battles of Kawanakajima, and the brewery maintains both its heritage label and a newer brand developed to reach younger drinkers.
