Description
Miyama Nishiki, Nagano's signature sake rice variety, polished to 65% forms the base of this karakuchi bottling under the Katsuramasamune label from Shusenkurano in Kawanakajima. Miyama Nishiki's hard grain structure and low solubility tend toward dry, light, and crisp sake, consistent with the regional style of northern Nagano.
