Hatsusakura
Yasui Shuzo was founded in 1884 in Tsuchiyama, Shiga Prefecture, the 49th post town along the old Tokaido highway, where tea fields spread across a naturally rich landscape fed by the Suzuka mountain range. Hatsusakura is pressed using a traditional Saseki-style wooden tank and brewed entirely by hand, with the brewery's soft alpine spring water recognized as its greatest pride and the foundation of the sake's calm, subtle character.
