
Brewed from Nippon Bare rice polished to 65% at the family-operated Yasui Shuzojo in Koka, Shiga, this sake is pressed via the traditional佐瀬 wooden-frame method. Soft water from the Suzuka mountains and small-batch hand production give it a smooth, approachable character rooted in the brewery's Meiji-era heritage.
