Description

Hatsuzakura Hare is a junmai brewed by Yasui Shuzojo in Koka, Shiga, using 100% locally grown Nippon Bare rice at 65% polishing. Pressed on a traditional佐瀬-style wooden frame and drawn from the soft waters of the Suzuka mountain range, it has a broad, food-friendly umami with a moderately firm acidity.
