Chogun

Chogun is brewed by Ikumashuzo, a brewery in Hiroshima that was founded in 1868 and developed this brand in 1926. Brewing water drawn from a karst plateau spring and sake rice from the Hiba region contribute to what the brewery calls Tojo's clear sake nurtured by the earth. Traditional handmade techniques, rare in modern production, are at the core of every batch.
