Nomeado em homenagem à aclamada série da NHK ambientada na cidade termal de Kinosaki, este junmai de classe ginjo da Yoshimura Shuzo em Hyogo reflete as raízes regionais da cervejaria. A Yoshimura foi pioneira na produção sem ácido salicílico em toda a sua linha e desenvolveu equipamentos de resfriamento rápido para minimizar o carbamato de etila em todos os seus produtos.
