Elaborado com os arrozes Yuki Megami e Dewa Sansan cultivados em Yamagata, polidos a 50%, este junmai ginjo de verão é fermentado em baixa temperatura e diluído a cerca de 14% ABV para um caráter leve e de fácil consumo. Levemente doce com um final limpo, foi criado para evocar os campos de dálias de Kawanishi-machi, em Yamagata.
