Tsukinoi Junmai Ginjo Hikoichi Nama é um junmai ginjo não pasteurizado da KK Tsukinoishuzouten em Ibaraki, engarrafado sem nenhum tratamento térmico para preservar sua vitalidade fresca e aromática. Polido a pelo menos 60% e fermentado em baixas temperaturas, o sake expressa notas frutadas vibrantes típicas da fermentação ginjo, ao lado da textura animada característica do namazake.
